Let’s see how to make it:

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fennel seeds
  • ¼ cup cardamom seeds
  • ¼ cup dhana dal or coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 drops clove essential oil

Instructions:

  • Dry roast seeds in a pan
  • Let cool down
  • Add powdered spices
  • Add coconut oil and clove essential oil, mixing and massaging the liquid on the seeds.
